Address: Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, 3 Detskaya Street. The gate to the grounds is open daily until 9 p.m. (if a taxi brings you to a closed gate during the day, it is the wrong gate – the entrance to our grounds is from Venskaya Street).
The entrance looks like this:
Your apartment is in one of the five entrances. To get inside, enter the code on the silver panel on the entrance door. Entrance numbers are marked on the doors and openings.
The codes are sent by message to the lead guest’s phone as soon as the apartment is ready.
An entrance and its keypad lock:
The key to your apartment is in a small safe mounted on the wall next to the door.
To open the safe: 1. slide the black shutter down, 2. enter the code, 3. push down the black lever to the left of the digits – the safe will open!
You may take the key with you, but it is better to leave it in the safe – so you don’t lose it and so the guests staying with you can get into the apartment while you are out skiing, for example.

The gate at night
So that you can open the gate at night, the lead guest’s phone number is added to the gate control module (the one with the robot). The gate closes automatically at night (after 9 p.m.). To open it, call the gate number from the lead guest’s phone: +7 962 124-18-96. For pedestrians there is a wicket gate by the big fir tree (marked «калитка»). Please let us know if you need to add more number(s) for opening the gate.
Guest room
A dedicated guest room is located in block 3. It is marked with a Sakhalin Enduro sticker on the glass door. The intercom code is 3119#.
In this room you will find:
- a micro-market where you can buy snacks and food, including coffee capsules;
- lockers where you can leave your things;
- bicycles, sleds, child seats, strollers, high chairs and so on;
- a toilet;
- a sofa;
- a chest freezer where you can store seafood.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to use the bicycles, strollers, etc.
