1998
Our company was founded in 1998 to run the “Beryozka” ski base, which stood on the very plot where the new building sits today.
The “White Snow” apart-hotel was built in 2021 in a truly unique location.
The city park borders our grounds, and the roller-ski track is right across the road. The “Goroduha” ski slope is 400 metres away, while the lower station of “Gorny Vozdukh” is 2.5 kilometres away (6 minutes by car or a 30-minute walk).
Even though “White Snow” sits very close to the city centre, the air stays clean all year round – thanks to the central park on one side and a real forest stretching to the Pacific Ocean on the other.
Our amenities for a relaxed stay
The “White Snow” building stands on its own landscaped grounds with a playground and a car park.
Guest apartments are equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay away from home. Every unit has at least two rooms: a bedroom and a living room with a full kitchen and a large sofa.
Every bathroom features a washing machine and a dryer in addition to a large tub and a toilet with a hygienic shower.

About us
2017
We began designing a new, eco-friendly and efficient base building - one where people, not skis, would come first.
2019
Construction of the modern building for sports and tourism services began in 2019. One of the main challenges was preserving the mature, tall trees growing on the grounds.
2021
In the autumn of 2021 construction and landscaping were successfully completed, and the new building now nestles among tall, healthy trees more than 40 years old.

Check-in: 16:00 to 20:00. Check-out: by 11:00.
Early or late check-in by prior arrangement.

Quiet hours
From 20:00 to 10:00
Parties and noisy gatherings are not allowed. The hotel is meant for a quiet family stay.

Smoking is strictly prohibited
Fine: ₽10,000 + 2 days of downtimeEverywhere: inside the building, “out the window”, e-cigarettes.
Any violation means eviction without a refund.

Strong odours
Cooking and storing strongly smelling foods (smelt, crab, etc.) is not allowed.
For storage, please ask the administrator.

Linen change and cleaning – every 3 days.
