The building of «White Snow» ski base was constructed in 2021 in unique location. Central Park is right behind the fence. Track for cross-country skiing and roller-skiing is across the road. Down hill skiing slope «Goroduha» is only 400 meters away. «Gorniy Vozduh» lower station ropeway is 2,4 kilometers away (6 minutes by car or 30 minutes walking). «White Snow» building has its own green territory, including kids playground and private parking.
Despite the fact that our building is very close to city center the air stays clean all year round thanks to central park on one side and forest that stretches to Pacific Ocean on the other.

We provide almost everything thats needed for comfortable living, away from home:
Each apartment has at least two separate rooms: bedroom and living room with full size kitchen and big sofa. Bathrooms are equipped with washing and drying machines, besides big baths.

Garbage can be taken out in a green large container, on wheels, located at the bottom of the territory at the gate.
Water:
We have our own 47-meter water well + 2 10- and 5-micron filters + an industrial reverse osmosis filter.

About rags and mops:
A mop, a water bucket, and a broom and dustpan are located under the kitchen sink.
If you need a mop, we also have them. They are stored in the metal cabinets in the entrance halls.
Regarding thread and needles:
We have sewing kits for repairing clothes on request
An Iron and an ironing board are located in the hallway on the second floor of each block.
